ZEROCAR, a premium Tesla rental service in Vancouver, sought to elevate its brand awareness, user experience, and website design to emphasize luxury, sustainability, and innovative technology. The goal was to refresh the brand with an eco-luxury aesthetic, streamline the booking process, and foster a stronger connection with its growing Chinese audience.

A new creative direction and optimized website

Helio delivered a comprehensive brand refresh for ZEROCAR, introducing a new creative direction with high-quality lifestyle photography to showcase its eco-luxury appeal. The website redesign mirrored this aesthetic, featuring a clean, minimalist layout that prioritized user experience and full mobile optimization for seamless booking across all devices.

To engage the growing Chinese audience, Helio implemented a multilingual strategy by adding a Chinese-language landing page and leveraging Chinese social media platforms like RED for targeted content. Both the website and social media positioned ZEVA as an eco-luxury brand, featuring iconic Vancouver landmarks and culturally resonant visuals to strengthen connections with the region and its diverse audience. Through continuous tracking and analysis, designs were fine-tuned to optimize performance and meet user expectations and business goals.

The Results

Increase in conversions and enhanced brand perception

The brand refresh and website redesign delivered impressive results, including a 40% increase in traffic from key markets and a 30% boost in conversions, driven by the simplified booking process. ZEROCAR’s elevated brand perception solidified its position as a premium EV rental service. The multilingual Chinese strategy expanded reach, with ZEROCAR’s RED profile gaining 1,972 followers and 44,400 Likes and Collects, while the Chinese landing page attracted 461 users on the initial launch. The brand strategy strengthened engagement and established ZEROCAR as a leader in luxury EV rentals.
