The strategy included targeted messaging highlighting convenience and trust, with calls to action like “Book Your Ride Today.” Visually engaging content was designed to A/B test on Instagram and Facebook, showcasing smooth rides in challenging weather conditions and ads focused on key travel hubs, including airports and ferry terminals. This comprehensive approach ensured relevance and resonated with Coastal Rides’ target audience.
The Results
Achieving a 1194% surge in paid social traffic
Coastal Rides’ winter campaign drove impactful results, with website visits increasing by 5.78% and Paid Social traffic surging by an impressive 1194.59%, thanks to A/B-tested ads on Instagram and Facebook. Organic search traffic also grew by 4.47%, reflecting stronger visibility among winter travelers.
The campaign delivered 71 leads at a cost per lead (CPL) of $19.39 and achieved a 1.48% conversion rate, effectively turning interest into action. Despite a slight decline in session duration (from 17m 24s to 14m 46s), the low bounce rate of 14.53% indicated strong engagement with the platform.
